LET'S SEE THE POSITIVE SIDE

Being a trainer to Police Dept staff, I find they are craving for time for their personal life. Presently their job is full of stress. Juniors want little more freedom from their superiors. Since, no official weekly holiday or weekly off is given to them, their job has become a 24 hours, 365 days job.

When I see the positive side of the police staff, i am really proud of them.

Chennai police is ranked second next to the Scotland Police in detecting the crimes and solving the problems quickly. They got enormous potential people in the dept. Their sincerity and dedicated hard work cannot be compared to any one, when a job is allotted to them (or a team is formed up to find out a murder case).

Hats off to them.

I have seen Police personnel doing night rounds even at 3.00 a.m. or 4.00 a.m.

We cannot blame the entire Police staff for the mistakes done by some black sheeps. Their system is good. Black sheeps are automatically got caught one day or the other. Hence, let us not see the negative side. The dept. system as well as natural system will take care.

As dedicated citizens, what best support we can give them to help us still better, let us think in that way.

Let's make Chennai a safer place with the help of Police.
